Donation Policy
Every payment is a tax-deductible donation.
Binah is offered through American Friends of Gal Einai, a US 501(c)(3) public charity headquartered in Danby, Vermont. Every payment supports our mission of disseminating Rabbi Ginsburgh's teachings, and the full amount qualifies as a charitable contribution for US donors.
Formal acknowledgment
Each payment is acknowledged in the language below. The actual amount and date are filled in for your transaction.
American Friends of Gal Einai (501(c)(3), EIN: 83-2257551) acknowledges your $29 / $59 / $89 monthly payment. This supports dissemination of Rabbi Ginsburgh's teachings.
All content in the chatbot is publicly available on our website at no cost, and a free version of the chatbot is available to all. In return, you received only intangible religious benefits. No goods or services of substantial value were provided; the full amount qualifies as a charitable contribution.
Why the full amount is deductible
The Rabbi Ginsburgh's teachings are made freely available on our public website, and a free version of the Binah chatbot is open to everyone. Paying donors receive no exclusive content, no goods, and no services of substantial value. The only benefit received in return is intangible and religious in nature, which under IRS rules does not reduce the deductible amount.
Receipts
Stripe emails a payment confirmation immediately after each transaction. This confirmation is sufficient for most personal records and bank reconciliation.
For a formal acknowledgment letter using the language above, or an annual giving summary, email donate@inner.org with your transaction date and the email you used at checkout.
International donors
US tax deductibility applies only to donors filing US taxes. If you are outside the United States, your payment directly supports the same mission, but local tax treatment varies. Please consult a tax professional in your jurisdiction.
Refunds
If you would like a refund for any reason, contact donate@inner.org within 30 days of your payment. Refunded transactions cannot be claimed as charitable deductions.
